Our season is divided into two parts. Part one of the season, Small Fry, consists of four teams comprised of local children who compete against each other in three meets at Wheeling Park High School. Currently the four locations are: Woodsdale, Warwood, Bridge Street, and the Mini Knights. This part of the season is geared towards the instruction of basic skills and is a wonderful experience for first and second year wrestlers.

Part two of the season, Club Wrestling, brings members of all four teams together to compete in local tournaments as well as tournaments in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Club wrestling is more advanced and rigorous than Small Fry. Pratices are held three times weekly at Wheeling Park High School. During these practices basic skills are solidified while more advanced styles of wrestling are considered. The season culminates at the WV Jr. State Wrestling Tournament held in Parkersburg, WV.
